[Important Information for Employees] Update on Zoom Issues

We were able to identify an external issue with user syncing and license
provisioning that impacted a small number of Zoom accounts on campus. A
temporary fix was implemented early this afternoon to reestablish licenses
for impacted users. We are currently waiting for additional communication
from Zoom on the root cause and any further action(s) that may be required.
We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with Zoom
earlier today. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes
available.
