[Important Information for Employees] Dining Services Transition Update

Good Morning,

I’m pleased to share that our transition from Chartwells to Sodexo is
complete as of Monday, December 15th. We are thrilled to welcome
Sodexo’s *Cardinal
Way Culinary Co.* as our new dining services partner!

Here are a few important details as we begin Winter Break.

*What to Know:*

   - *Name & Branding:* Cardinal Way Culinary Co. is Sodexo’s campus-facing
   brand at SUNY Plattsburgh. You will see uniforms, emails, and signage
   labeled *Cardinal Way Culinary Co.* rather than Sodexo. We encourage
   campus partners to use this name, reflecting Cardinal Way’s integration
   into the SUNY Plattsburgh community.
   - *Employees:* You will continue to see many familiar faces. Cardinal
   Way retained more than 125 employees who worked on our campus under
   Chartwells.
   - *Dining Services:* Cardinal Way brings a commitment to sustainability,
   diverse menus, nutritional variety, and engaging culinary events across our
   campus. More information about new concepts will be shared in *January*.
   - *Catering:*
      - Please Welcome our *New Catering Director*! Stacey Metcalfe-Cox -
      Stacey.Metcalfe-Cox at sodexo.com
      - *Catertrax:* Cardinal Way will use a new Catertrax system with
      updated menus. The Chartwells Catertrax site is no longer
available. Online
      ordering will be available in mid-January. To place an order now, please
      contact Stacey.
