*Dear Cardinals*,

The holidays are a happy time to spend time with friends and family, make
sure your family time doesn't lead to illness. Flu season is here! The flu
(influenza) is a contagious respiratory illness that can range from mild to
severe. Common symptoms include:

·       Fever or chills

·       Cough

·       Sore throat

·       Runny or stuffy nose

·       Body aches

·       Headache

·       Fatigue
