[Important Information for Plattsburgh Campus Students] Important Update on Dining Services and Immediate Action Plan

Dear Students,

We acknowledge and sincerely regret the frustration and dissatisfaction
many of you have expressed regarding food quality, service options, and
wait times at campus dining locations. Your feedback is crucial to us, and
we are committed to making real and noticeable improvements to your dining
experience.

*Here's what we are doing to address your concerns:*

   - *Corporate Leadership on Campus:* Next week, our corporate leadership
   team will be on campus from Sunday through Wednesday to directly assess the
   current issues and work alongside our local team to implement immediate
   solutions.
   - *Town Hall Meeting:* We will host a Campus Town Hall on Dining
   Services with Chartwells corporate leadership to ensure we hear your
   concerns and answer your questions. Date, time and location are to be
   determined and will be shared next week.
   - *Actionable Solutions in Progress:* Our team is currently working on
   solutions to:
      - Reduce wait times through added staffing and streamlined workflows.
      - Improve food quality and variety, including ensuring that all meals
      meet safety and quality standards.
      - Address specific concerns about undercooked food and ensure
      immediate action is taken when such incidents occur.
   - *Ongoing Communication and Updates:* We are committed to transparency
   and will provide an update on the progress of our solution plans by
   Wednesday, 9/25.

We are dedicated to making significant improvements and welcome continued
feedback from our students and campus community. Thank you for your
