As a reminder, Spring Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 17,
2025, in the Field House gymnasium.

Ceremony Times

   -

   9:00 a.m. – School of Arts and Sciences

   -

   12:00 p.m. – School of Business and Economics

   -

   3:00 p.m. – School of Education, Health, and Human Services

Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteering at Commencement is a meaningful way to contribute to one of
the most important celebrations of the academic year. We are seeking
members of the campus community to assist with guest check-in, ushering,
and general event support. Whether you are able to help at one ceremony or
stay for the day, your presence will make a significant difference.

Volunteers play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized
experience for our graduates and their families. It is also a wonderful
opportunity to engage with colleagues, celebrate student achievement, and
be part of a proud campus tradition.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact
grangecg at plattsburgh.edu as soon as possible. Your support is greatly
appreciated.

Faculty and Staff

Teaching faculty and professional staff are welcome to attend in academic
regalia. Tickets are not required. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before
the ceremony you plan to attend.
