[Important Information for Employees] Academic Planning Update: Community Feedback Due by July 17

Dear Community Members,

We hope you are doing well. We are writing in outreach to employees and
students to share some information for your review and feedback from the
Academic Planning Steering Committee.

Through the in-person Summit and Virtual Listening Session we gathered an
enormous amount of information and the Steering Committee has been working
to bring those thoughts together to develop two documents for check-ins at
this early stage:

We ask that you take the time to review and share your thoughts through
feedback forms on the above two documents by the end of the day Thursday
July 17, 2025.

Please utilize the feedback forms linked within the two documents. You only
have viewing access to these documents and will not be able to add in
comments directly so please use the forms provided. Student members are
needed for consultation with the Steering Committee throughout the process.
Students are especially invited to use the Working Group forms to
volunteer, asynchronous and online participation will be possible.

If you have any questions or general comments you would like to share with
the Academic Planning Steering Committee you can share them on this form
