[Important Information for Employees] Campus Ticketing System Offline until Further Notice

Dear Members of our Campus Community,


I am writing to share an update on the AudienceView security incident
announced yesterday.

As previously shared, “AudienceView” (formerly known as “University
Tickets”), our third-party vendor for campus event ticketing, notified us
yesterday that it experienced a security breach.  Our campus, along with
many other universities, was impacted.

In response, Information Technology Services convened our security incident
response team, which has been working with our partners and the vendor to
evaluate this incident and ensure we are safeguarding your privacy.  Today,
out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to take the ticketing
system offline until more information is known.  This will continue until
we are confident that the vendor’s security issue has been resolved to our
satisfaction.

Since no online tickets for any events will be sold through AudienceView,
we wanted to share with you how tickets for events can be purchased.
Tickets can be purchased through the contact information below.

Athletics event tickets

To make arrangements to purchase tickets using a secure payment method

Student group event tickets

To purchase a ticket for these events please go to the Angell College
Center Information Window, where you will receive your ticket and make your
transaction. It is suggested that you get your tickets earlier in the day;
as lines are expected. Questions can be sent to
