The Student Health & Counseling Center, in collaboration with the Clinton
County Health Department, expects to hold monkeypox vaccine (Jynneos)
clinics on campus this fall for interested and eligible

community members.  If you are interested and eligible in receiving
Jynneos, please complete this confidential and voluntary survey
