[Important Information for Employees] Service Updates for Feinberg Library and LITS Units

Please be aware of the following important updates, made necessary due to
recent health and safety developments.

FEINBERG LIBRARY: Feinberg Library will close at 4 p.m. each day this week.
Opening time is 8 a.m. We are closed for this coming weekend and the week
of Thanksgiving Break.

   - *Return borrowed items* at our book drops located at Feinberg
   Library's exterior, podium level (by the windows of the Service Desk,
   opposite the ATM machine) and in the Angell College Center. Or, mail them
   to: Feinberg Library, Rm. 203, 2 Draper Avenue, SUNY, Plattsburgh, NY
    12901.
   - *Feinberg Library Curbside Service* is now available. Request
   materials by emailing us at lib-serv at plattsburgh.edu Or, complete our
   convenient online request form
   <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1zVqoFoaXi44Jci11cr4W7hFRAfvy8kX-SkbJmkrVXMk/edit?ts=5fb29ef4&gxids=7628>.
   We will contact you to arrange a time for pick-up as soon as your items are
   available. You can then retrieve them in the Feinberg Library vestibule on
   the second floor (podium level).
   - *Research Help**: *Librarians continue to monitor our online reference
   services, including live chat, email, and Zoom appointments. Visit our
   Research Help webpage

   contact a librarian.
   - *Interlibrary Loan* will continue to be available.
   - The *Main Computer Lab* is closed. Computers are available on the
   second and third floors in Feinberg Library. Access to specialized software
   remains available at our Remote Lab

COMPUTER HELPDESK: Window services remain available during open hours;
however, delays may occur due to reduced staffing in the facility. For best
