*Yoga For Mental Health*
Learn how yoga can be used as a tool to combat stress, and help *alleviate
symptoms of anxiety and depression*. Yoga works to regulate the nervous
system by bringing one more deeply into the experience of the body and
breath. Instructor is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student
with over 20 years of yoga teaching experience; beginners are welcome. Give
it a try on *Wednesdays at 9 a.m. in Algonquin*, and see the full fitness
schedule @plattsfitness.
