Good morning! Here is your Group Ex schedule starting Monday, Oct 19th.
Please go to IMLeagues to register (http://www.imleagues.com/plattsburgh).
Registration is required and masks must be worn. Class size is limited to
14. Spinning classes are held in Algonquin Hall. All other classes are
held in Memorial Hall. Yoga mats will not be provided so please bring your
own. The schedule is updated weekly on IMleagues. Follow us on
instagram @plattsfitness! Classes are posted daily on instagram. If you

Weds, Oct 21st - *NOON* CARDIO/CORE/YOGA, *5pm* Hardbody, *7:30pm *
30MINSPIN
Thurs, Oct 15th - *NOON* HARDBODY, *6pm* 30MINSPIN
Friday, Oct 16th - *3pm* 30MINSPIN
**Please deregister when you can no longer make a class to allow someone
else to attend
