To help you navigate this stressful time, we've compiled a list of
strategies for creating a productive plan. By following these tips, you can
maximize your study sessions, manage your time well, and keep stress at bay.
πŸ† Establish Clear Goals

Set specific, achievable goals for each day, week, or project. Break down
large tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. This will help you stay
focused and motivated throughout the week.
πŸ“ Prioritize Tasks

Identify which assignments or study topics are most pressing and tackle
those first. Focus on high-priority subjects first.
πŸ“‹ Create a Schedule

Map out your study time, breaks, and any personal activities. Block out
time each day to review materials, ensuring you get through everything
without feeling overwhelmed.
πŸ“³ Eliminate Distractions

Set up a quiet, comfortable study space free from distractions. Limit your
social media use during study sessions to maximize focus.
😊 Take Care of Yourself

Remember to balance study with rest. Get enough sleep, exercise, and eat
well to keep your energy levels up. Stress can make studying harder, so be
sure to schedule downtime. *You can even visit the relaxation room at the
Student Health and Counseling Center and use massage chairs*.
πŸ—“οΈ Stay Flexible

Things might not always go according to plan, and that’s okay. Adjust your
schedule if needed, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you're feeling
stuck.
πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ Use Support Resources

Don’t hesitate to reach out for help if you need it. The Student Health and
Counseling Center and Ward Hall Counseling Clinic are also available to
support you during this time.

We’re here to help you succeed. Stay organized, take care of yourself, and
remember to reach out if you need assistance!
