Summer Session C Final Grades Due August 19 at Noon

Notice to Faculty and Staff:

Dear Faculty,

Final grades for Summer Session C and all other outstanding summer grades
are due Wednesday, August 19 at noon. Access to all summer session grades
are available in Banner.

Instructions for recording final grades are as follows:

 1.  Login to the MyPlattsburgh portal.

2.  Click on the Faculty tab.

3.  Select the term for which you are entering grades.

4.  Click on the Final Grade roster; faculty of cross-registered courses
may now submit final grades for cross registered students.

5. There may be more than one page of students so you may have to advance
to a second page.

6.  Enter and save grades. If a student is registered in your course and
has never attended, a final grade of “E” must be entered per Faculty Senate
policy.

7.  You do not need to complete "Last Attend Date" or "Hours Attended".

When entering an incomplete “I” grade for a student, an Incomplete Final
Grades “E” grade pop-up block appears. This pop-up block is simply
notification that the “I” grade will convert to an “E” grade if not
completed by the conclusion of Fall 2026 semester. You must acknowledge the
pop-up block. Failure to do so will result in no grade submission for this
student.

Please verify all final grades have been submitted prior to exiting the
roster.

It is vital for all grades to be submitted on time to allow for proper
end-of-term processing. If grades are not submitted on time, problems could
occur with graduation review, financial aid eligibility review, and course
schedule adjustment. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

registrar at plattsburgh.edu for assistance. Our emails are monitored between
8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
