*Record Rooms are Available to Store your Paper Records*
Have paper records for storage? Have paper records which need to be
destroyed? Our next shred day is scheduled for January 2026! Now is a great
time to prepare boxes of inactive paper records to be moved from your office
to our secure records room. If you have records to be included in this
shred (shred immediately) the deadline is November 1st. This will allow
time to have the moving crew move the boxes, secure a quote from the shred
company and prepare the records rooms.
Need boxes?
I have a surplus of empty bankers boxes in storage. Please email to request
boxes. Let me know how many you need and where you need them delivered.

Use standard bankers boxes (12 x 12 x12)

Paper records stored in larger boxes cannot be filed properly on
shelving and are difficult to lift.
When your boxes are ready to be moved, please send the information below
(#1 - 5) to Elizabeth Dupre at edupr002 at plattsburgh.edu to have a work
order prepared on your behalf.
