Reminder: Spring 2025 Final Grades Due Wednesday, May 21st at Noon

Dear Faculty,

Final grades for Spring 2025 are due *Wednesday, May 21st at noon. * Access
to the final grade submission is available on the *MyPlattsburgh* portal
through* noon *on May 21.

Instructions for recording final grades are as follows:

 1.  Login to the MyPlattsburgh portal.

2.  Click on the Faculty tab.

3.  Select the term for which you are entering grades.

4.  Click on the Final Grade roster; faculty of cross-registered courses
may now submit final grades for cross registered students.

5.  Enter and submit grades. If a student is registered in your course and
has never attended, a final grade of “E” must be entered per Faculty Senate
policy.

6.  You do *not* need to complete "Last Attend Date" or "Hours Attended".


When entering an incomplete “I” grade for a student, an
 Incomplete Final Grades “E” grade pop-up block appears. This pop-up block
is simply notification that the “I” grade will convert to an “E” grade if
not completed by the conclusion of Fall 2025 semester*. Hit the Save/Submit
button. Failure to do so will result in no grade submission for this
student.*

*Please verify all final grades have been submitted prior to exiting the
roster (some grades may appear on a second page).  *

*It is vital for all grades to be submitted on time to allow for proper
end-of-term processing*. If grades are not submitted on time, problems
could occur with graduation review, fall registration, financial aid
eligibility review, and course schedule adjustment. Your assistance is
greatly appreciated.

 If you have any questions or need support, please contact the Registrar’s
Office at 564-2106. You may also submit an email to
registrar at plattsburgh.edu for assistance. Our emails are monitored between
8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
