Reasonableness of Price Feature

Jaggaer now has the ability to enter your vendor selection and price
justification for purchases over $2,500 via a drop down menu, eliminating
the need to attach the Vendor Selection/Price Justification Form.

you will find a job aid on how to use the function in Jaggaer.  Starting
July 1, 2025 end users will be required to populate this field when
submitting a request over $2,500. The "place order" function will not be
active on requisitions over $2,500 unless this is populated.

If you want to use 24/25 funds, goods or services must be delivered or
completed by June 30th? Anything delivered or completed after June 30th
will be applied to the next fiscal year’s funding.
