Next Paper Records Shred Day- January 10, 2025Our next paper records shred
day is scheduled for January 10, 2025. Shred Day will take place at Hawkins
Hall with Adirondack Mobile Shredding <https://adirondackshredding.com/>
(MWBE vendor). If you have paper records to be included in this shred day
event please send the information below (#1 - 5) to Elizabeth Dupre at
edupr002 at plattsburgh.edu.

Beth will submit a work order on your behalf. Please be mindful that the
box pick-up date will be at least two weeks from the work order submission
date.

Need boxes?

I have a surplus of empty bankers boxes in storage. Please email to request
boxes and I'll deliver.


Best Practices:

   Label each box of records: Inventory Box Label

   Labels should be secured with tape just under the handle. See Inventory
   Box Label Guide (attached)

   Use standard bankers boxes (12 x 12 x12)

   Paper records stored in larger boxes cannot be filed properly on
   shelving and are difficult for me to lift.[image: 😓]
