*New Administrative Policy: Lactation Accommodation Policy (4048.1)*
SUNY Plattsburgh created a new policy to accommodate lactating and nursing
employees. This policy shall extend to all full-time, part-time, and
temporary state employees. The State University of New York (SUNY)
Plattsburgh is committed to complying with all applicable NYS and federal
laws regarding chest/breastfeeding. SUNY Plattsburgh does not discriminate
against any employee who chooses to chest/breastfeed. The complete policy
