Agriculture and the Environment (ENV440) is a unique class that combines
regional farming practices and environmental stewardship with an outlook of
feeding 8 billion people. This involves lecture and active, hands-on labs
at the Miner Institute farm, as well as other farms in the region. This
class is an elective in the Food and Farming and the Biological
Anthropology minors, as well as a Cardinal Core Natural World course.
