Agriculture and the Environment (ENV440) is a unique class that combines
regional farming practices and environmental stewardship with an outlook on
feeding 8 billion people. This involves lecture and active, hands-on labs
at the Miner Institute farm, as well as other farms in the region. This
class is an elective in the Food and Farming, and the Biological
Anthropology minors"
