Are you struggling with maintaining (or, if you're like me, even starting)
a healthy eating lifestyle? Keep falling for quick fixes or diet fads? Come
learn how to dump our diet culture as we all look toward improving our
health and wellbeing during these last few weeks of the semester. Sarah
Olszewski, MS, RDN, CDN will help us kick things off right for a healthy
relationship with food this Summer!



This 30-40 minute discussion is being offered on Monday May 9th (perfect
day to turn over a new lifestyle leaf!) and at two different times to suit
