SENT ON BEHALF OF SEAN DERMODY, ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT FOR REGIONAL
PROCUREMENT SERVICES

Due to New York State's fiscal year ending on March 31st, all Jaggaer
transactions will be on hold from 2pm Friday, March 25th through Monday,
April 4th.

The last day we can process transactions/documents will be Friday, March
25th. After 7pm on Friday, March 25th, ALL SUNY Financial Management
System (FMS) modules will be unavailable for input and or inquiry until
Statewide Financial Services (SFS) has completed their Year End Process
(anticipated on April 4). FMS will also be unavailable at this time due to
a system change required for the SFS Project Costing Improvement Project.

Since FMS will be offline and unavailable, we will not be able to process
Jaggaer transactions during this time period. At 2pm on Friday, March 25th
we will activate the Hold Requisition workflow step in Jaggaer. Users will
have the ability to create requisitions, but the requisitions will remain
on hold until we inactivate this workflow step, anticipated to be the
morning of April 4th.

Fully approved requisitions submitted to Regional Procurement Services
by Thursday,
March 24th at noon will be reviewed and where feasible, acted upon, prior
to the system shutdown.

Departments with emergencies during the system shutdown should submit a
requisition and contact Regional Procurement Services for further
instruction.

Business Intelligence (BI) will remain available for reporting/inquiry
during the time FMS is unavailable and Jaggaer is on hold.

If you have questions about this matter, please contact Sara Munson,
Procurement Outreach and Training Coordinator, at 518-564-3606.
