Summer Session C Final Grades Due Wednesday, August 18

*Notice to teaching faculty and staff: *


Final grades for Summer Session C are due *Wednesday, August 18
(noon). * Access
to final grade submission is available on the *MyPlattsburgh* portal.



*1.  Login to the MyPlattsburgh portal*

*2.  Click on the Faculty Service tab*

*3.  Select the term for which you are entering grades*

*4.  Click on the Final Grade roster for each CRN*

*5.  Enter grades*

*6.  Submit grades (verify the number of grades submitted at the bottom of
the page)*



When entering an incomplete “I” grade for a student, an “Incomplete Final
Grades “E” Grade” pop-up block appears.  This pop-up block is simply
notification that the “I” grade will convert to an “E” grade if not
completed by the conclusion of Fall 2021 semester*.  Hit the Submit
button.  Failure to do so will result in no grade submission for this
student.*



Faculty Senate Action #647 states, “Faculty will assign a final grade of E
to any student who never attended class but appears on the class roster.”



If a student attending your course is not on the class roster, the grade
must be submitted on the *Grade Irregularity Form*.



If you have any questions or need support, please contact the Registrar’s
Office by emailing registrar at plattsburgh.edu for assistance.  Our emails
are monitored between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
