Important Direct Deposit Information for Adjunct Lecturers

SENT ON BEHALF OF PAYROLL SERVICES
The NYS Payroll System was upgraded at the end of Spring 2021. During this
process, direct deposit information for any employee not on the payroll at
the time of the upgrade, was inactivated and deleted. This included all
Adjunct Lecturers.
To reactivate, update, or enroll in direct deposit, please complete the Direct
Deposit Form
<https://www.osc.state.ny.us/files/state-agencies/payroll/pdf/ac2772.pdf>
and return to Payroll Services for processing. A voided check or written
verification from the financial institution showing the account number,
routing number, and name(s) on the account must accompany this form for
each account listed. Any joint account holders must also sign the form.

can also be used to opt-out of receiving a paper statement/advice. Use
Section D of the form to Go Green!
