[Important Information for Students] All Students Must Act on Optional Parking Fees in Tuition

All students are reminded that, when choosing optional fees in tuition,
they must select/deselect two parking fees based on their vehicle status:

   - *Students without cars*, must remove the two parking fees from the
   optional fees list *before* updating the charges in tuition. This
   eliminates the risk of forfeiting unwanted parking fees at the end of
   session week one.


   - *Students with cars*, must accept *two* parking fees - registration
   fee *and* parking fee - from the list of optional fees in tuition, and
   then update the charges. In addition, register a vehicle in MyPlattsburgh
   <http://my.plattsburgh.edu> in August at least 48 hours prior to
   arriving on campus. Vehicle registration must be completed after the system
   resets on July 31 or it will not process. These two steps will ensure that
   a parking tag is ready to claim on Move-In Weekend.
