[Important Information for Students] Brightspace - Error Message after login

Hi,

We've received a few reports of an error message that appears when students
login to Brightspace that reads, "An embedded page at
cdn.Isc.brightspace.com says Error retrieving credentials."


We reported the issue to the SUNY Brightspace team and they informed us
this error is due to the enduser's browsers hanging on to a cached version
of a Brightspace widget that was just recently updated.

If you are seeing this issue at login, *clearing the cache on your browser
should resolve the problem* and remove the error message.

If you are unsure how to clear your cache, we recommend doing a google
search that reads, "How do I clear my browser cache in _______?" (Fill in
the browser name, i.e. Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc)
