[Important Information for Students] Booster and Pre-Arrival Testing Reminder

Dear Students,

As you begin to arrive on campus over the next few days, please remember
that students at all SUNY campuses are required to get a COVID-19 booster.

What you need to know prior to returning to campus:

   Participate in Pre Semester Testing

      Submit ALL negative and positive test results here

      -

      If your pre-semester PCR or antigen test is positive, please stay
      home and follow current isolation guidelines
      <https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/new-york-state-contact-tracing>until
      your symptoms are improving and your isolation period ends.

      If you tested positive for COVID in the past 90 days, you do not need
      to re-test prior to returning to campus.  Submit your positive test

    Get a COVID-19 booster
   -

       Submit booster documentation here

       If you are booster eligible and have not yet received or scheduled
      one:
      -

         Schedule an appointment here <https://www.vaccines.gov/> AND
         -

         Submit for a temporary booster exemption here
         <http://www.plattsburgh.edu/covidexemptions> by January 31st.
         -

   You are eligible to receive a booster now if:
   -

      You received the Pfizer-BioNTech initial vaccine series or the
      Moderna initial vaccine series at least five months ago
      -

      You received the initial vaccine dose of Janssen/Johnson & Johnson
      COVID-19 vaccine at least two months ago
      -

      You received your WHO-approved vaccine
      <https://covid19.trackvaccines.org/agency/who/> or vaccine series at
      least five months ago
