[Important Information for Students] **IMPORTANT** MANDATORY STUDENT VACCINE REQUIREMENTS

Dear Students,

Effective Immediately


The FDA approval of the Pfizer COVID vaccine on Monday, Aug. 23 activates
the state requirement for student vaccinations across the SUNY system. This
is a welcome development for campus and supports our goal of health and
safety.

This requires that all students who access any in-person activities or
facilities on campus must complete a COVID-19 vaccination series (i.e., one
dose of a single dose series or both doses of a two-dose series) or apply
for an exemption.

This shall be completed no later than Monday, September 27.

If you do not comply with this requirement, you face unenrollment from
on-campus classes and will no longer have access to any in-person campus
activities or services.

Please provide evidence of your vaccination status using the SUNY
vaccination portal here: (https://suny.edu/StudentVaccinationPass/).

Campus Vaccination Clinics

On-campus COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be held in Algonquin Hall on
the following dates:

Thursday, August 26 or Friday, August 27 (1-3 p.m.)
