style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial;background-color:transparent;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap">This requires that all students who access any in-person activities or facilities on campus must complete a COVID-19 vaccination series (i.e., one dose of a single dose series or both doses of a two-dose series) or apply
