[Important Information for Employees] Scheduled Power Shutdown – Preventive Maintenance (May 27–28, 2025)

Dear Campus Community,

S&L Electric will be on campus next week to provide preventive maintenance
services on campus distribution transformers. If any issues are found that
require parts to be ordered, another shutdown will be scheduled in the
future to perform that work.  The following buildings will not have power
during this time:

Tuesday, May 27, 2025 (7am to 5pm)

   -

   Hawkins Hall


Wednesday, May 28, 2025 (7am to 5pm)

   -

   Kehoe Administration Building
   -

   Myers Fine Arts Building
   -

   Yokum Hall


The President has approved all impacted employees to work from home while
their building is without power, if possible.  If you are unable to work
from home, you may be able to work in an alternative location on campus.
Please discuss your options with your supervisor as soon as possible.

questions or concerns.
