[Important Information for Employees] SUNY Plattsburgh’s Scheduled Emergency Notification Test

Dear Cardinals.

SUNY Plattsburgh will conduct a campus-wide test of the Emergency
 Notification System on *T*uesday*, **September 22**, between noon** and 1
pm*. During this test, you may receive messages through:

   - SUNY NY Alert (phone, text, email)
   - Campus email
   - Desktop notifications (on campus-owned computers)
   - Outdoor warning sirens

Please take a minute today to review your SUNY NY Alert profile for
accuracy or add extra ways to be notified.

*Why does this matter?* In an emergency, seconds count. Having your contact
info up to date ensures you’ll get alerts quickly and in multiple ways.

*To check or update your info:*

   - Click *HERE*

   and log in with your campus credentials
   - Review your contact information
   - Select the option at the bottom of the screen that matches your
   situation
