[Important Information for Employees] Move In Day Traffic

Campus Community,

Tomorrow at about 8:30 am, the campus will come alive with new students and
parents.  The first stop will be at the Field House, where students will
meet resources and receive their housing assignments before heading
down Rugar Street to campus.  Once they reach Sanborn Avenue, they will be
directed to their residence hall by the traffic officer.

*Rugar Street will be ONE-WAY, from Sanborn Avenue to Broad Street during
this time.*

Employees arriving after 9 am should try to avoid Rugar Street altogether
and find parking away from the congestion.

The heaviest traffic should wrap up by 4 pm and we'll open Rugar to two-way
traffic when able.
