*Banner will be down 8pm-11pm tonight, Thursday 3/6/2025 for patching.*

Campus Community,

Banner will be down for patching tonight, Thursday, evening. During the
upgrade window, *ALL* Banner services will be unavailable. Services that
will be unavailable include Banner forms, Job Submission, the Campus
Portal, Argos, Banner Proxy, Self-Service Banner (ie Banner web), any
scheduled jobs that run during that time, and anything pulling/pushing
information to/from Banner during that time.

If you continue to experience issues after this window please put in a
ticket, via our ITS portal (its.plattsburgh.edu) or via email,
helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu so we can look into the issue.
