[Important Information for Employees] Banner will be down 6am-8am on Wednesday 1/8/24 for patching

Campus Community,

Banner will be down for patching tomorrow, Wednesday, morning. During the
upgrade window, * ALL* Banner services will be unavailable. Services that
will be unavailable include Banner forms, Job Submission, the Campus
Portal, Argos, Banner Proxy, Self-Service Banner (ie Banner web), any
scheduled jobs that run during that time, and anything pulling/pushing
information to/from Banner during that time.

If you continue to experience issues after 8am please put in a ticket, via
our ITS portal (its.plattsburgh.edu) or via email, helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu so
we can look into the issue.
