Before the account was fully locked. The bad actor appears to have used the
compromised account to send out a second and potentially more dangerous
phishng email.

Subject: Staff Assessment Report for 2025-2026

That email contains a link to a fradulent jotform. The jotform is used by
the bad actor to collect your current campus password and then trick you
into thinking your on our DUO screen. Where you enter a DUO passcode. This
action allows the bad actor to gain access to your account.

Please* DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK*. If you have clicked on the link and
entered your information please immediately contact the helpdesk as your
account may be compromised.
