[Important Information for Employees] DUO Multifactor Authentication Issue

Unrelated to the ISP issue experienced this morning, we now have reports
from end users that the use of SMS or phone option for DUO is not working.
We have verified this concern.

If you are using a DUO push method through the DUO app, that method seems
to work fine and you can authenticate normally. If you are using an SMS or
phone call method, those do not work right now and you will need to call
the ITS helpdesk at *564-4433* for assistance logging in.

DUO just acknowledged the issue as of 1:55PM and are working on a
resolution.  We will send an update as more information becomes available.
