[Important Information for Employees] SUNY Services not authenticating properly

Good morning,
We are getting reports that several SUNY services are having trouble
authenticating. We believe this is related to the authentication system
upgrade that took place last night (12/18/25). ITS staff are working on the
issue, an ETA to resolve is not known at this time.
Services impacted include but may not be limited to SUNY BI, FMS, SFS and
our SUNY HRS, SUNY Time and AIM. Other services like Jaggear procurement
and office may also be impacted.
We appreciate your patience while staff work through this issue. Updates
will be sent out when we learn more.
