[Important Information for Employees] Scheduled Maintenance Campus authentication system - Thursday, December 18th

Campus Community,

Information Technology Services will be performing scheduled maintenance on
systems that support campus login and multi-factor authentication.
*When:* Thursday, December 18, beginning at *9:00 PM*

*Duration:* Up to *60 minutes* (most users should see little to no impact)

During this window, you may experience:

   -

   Slower than usual logins
   -

   Temporary issues signing in to campus services that require
   authentication

We expect any disruption to be minimal, but intermittent authentication
issues may occur for approximately *30–60 minutes* while systems are
upgraded.

No action is required on your part. Once maintenance is complete, all
services will resume normal operation.

If you experience issues after the maintenance window, please contact the
ITS Help Desk using the ITS portal (its.plattsburgh.edu) or via email at
helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu.

security of campus systems.
