[Important Information for Employees] Move-In Day Traffic Tomorrow (Wednesday)

All Employees,

Tomorrow it begins.  We will welcome our new students and their parents,
step-parents, aunts and uncles, siblings, dogs, and cats to our campus.
Registration will once again occur at the Field House, starting at 9 am,
where students will meet all of the campus resources and receive their
housing assignment.

At about that same time, University Police will close Rugar at Broad
Street, blocking westbound traffic.  From a checkpoint at Towers and
Sanborn, Rugar Street will be converted to one-way in an easterly direction
towards Broad Street.  There will be heavy congestion on Rugar, Towers, and
Sanborn between about 930 am and 4 pm.

If you arrive on campus before 9 am, you will not have to make any
adjustments.  If you arrive later than 9 am, consider a route that will
avoid Rugar Street.  With some flexibility, things will work just fine.

Tomorrow will be busy, but it will be over before we know it.   Enjoy the
semester!!
