Campus Community,

After nearly a year of work which involved upgrading/rewritting almost 1000
programs and completely replacing other backend Banner solutions, we are
prepared to finalize the upgrade of our entire Banner technology stack. *This
upgrade will happen from 6am-8am on October 30th, 2024 and would not be
possible without the hardwork and dedication of the IT professionals in our
CIS deparment in ITS.   *

During the upgrade window, * ALL* Banner services will be unavailable.
Services that will be unavailable include Banner forms, Job Submission, the
Campus Portal, Argos, Banner Proxy, Self-Service Banner (ie Banner web),
any scheduled jobs that run during that time, and anything pulling/pushing
information to/from Banner during that time.

If you continue to experience issues after 8am please put in a ticket, via
our ITS portal (its.plattsburgh.edu) or via email, helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu
so we can look into the issue.
