Dear Campus Community,
I am pleased to announce that Levi Martinez has joined the Office of
Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) as our new Data Analyst, effective
October 24, 2024. Levi brings a wealth of experience and a strong academic
background in data analytics, making him an excellent addition to our team.
Levi holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from SUNY Plattsburgh,
where he honed his skills in database systems, predictive analytics,
machine learning, and more. His diverse professional journey includes vital
roles in special programs, recruitment, veteran services, and enterprise
systems. Most recently, Levi served as an Applications Administrator at
SUNY Plattsburgh, where he provided end-user support and successfully led
project management initiatives.
Beyond his work at SUNY Plattsburgh, Levi has interned with the USPS Office
of Inspector General, where he collaborated with a team to develop
analytics solutions that informed strategic decisions and improved service
performance. His military experience as a US Marine Corps Intelligence
Analyst further complements his analytical skills and mission-driven
approach.
In his new role, Levi will enhance our data analytics and visualization
capabilities, supporting OIE in advancing the strategic goals outlined in
our Plattsburgh Next initiative. He is particularly passionate about
leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and promote student
success, which aligns perfectly with our institutional objectives.
I am confident that Levi’s expertise and dedication will greatly benefit
our university as we continue to strive for excellence in higher education.
Sincerely,
Dr. Alexander Enyedi
President
