Dear Campus Community,

Repairs to the high-temperature hot water vent line near Algonquin Hall
have been completed, and the Central Heating Plant has begun the process of
restarting the system. Enabling the heating building by building will
happen once the system is filled and up to pressure/temperature. Moffitt
Hall will experience a delay due to a damaged panel. Staff are working on
having parts overnighted to have Moffitt Hall up and running by Thursday.
Moffitt Hall’s temperature is being closely monitored and remains stable.

These ongoing repairs do not impact hot water in Moffitt, which can still
be switched back to high temperature today.

Our contractor, Wilkins Mechanical, is expected to return to campus between
11:30 AM and 12:00 PM today to continue work.

Thank you for your continued patience as this issue is resolved.
