[Important Information for Employees] Update 4: Dormitory Heating and Hot Water

Dear Campus Community,

This message provides the latest update on the high-temperature hot water
(HTHW) issue affecting campus.

The contractor and OGS representative arrived on campus at 11:45 AM. The
Central Heating Plant team was also present. A break in the vent line has
been confirmed, and preparations are underway to bring additional
personnel, materials, and equipment to campus this evening. The contractor
plans to begin work overnight, with the goal of completing repairs Tuesday
evening pending no unforeseen circumstances.

Once the repair is completed the Central Heating Plant will begin reopening
the system. The team is working diligently, and resolution is expected by
tomorrow evening, barring any unforeseen complications.
