Parking Lot Replacement:

The installation of the finish coat of asphalt has been completed in Lots
27/28 & Lots 9/10.


   -

   Line Striping - Tuesday [10/01] thru Friday [10/4]
   -

   Signage Installation - Monday [10/07] thru Wednesday [10/09]



Dining Facilities Project:

Cardinal Cafe, Cardinal Market, & Halal Shack are fully operational.  Work
continues in the new Cardinal Nest [Formerly Sundowner] and is expected to
finish on time.


   -

   Substantial Completion:  January 3, 2025



Algonquin Welcome Center:

The State University Construction Fund [SUCF] has identified the old
Algonquin Dining Facility as the site for the new SUNY Plattsburgh Welcome
Center that will be the new location for undergraduate admissions.  This
project is currently in the scoping process with SUCF.  Our office will
provide further updates as they become available.
