[Important Information for Employees] 2024-25 Faculty/staff Parking Tags Now Required

Effective October 1, employee vehicles are required to display the violet
2024-25 faculty/staff hang tag when parking on campus.

Any state employee that has not registered for parking yet is encouraged to
complete the vehicle registration today, in order to claim a tag from UPD
tomorrow.  Management Confidential employees are reminded that, in addition
to a bi-weekly payroll deduction that covers the parking fee (FPK), they
are also required to pay an annual $30 parking registration fee (FPR).

Parking registration is a 2-step process in MyPlattsburgh (EMPLOYEES tab to
AUTOMOBILE REGISTRATION link):

   - register (or confirm) a vehicle
   - pay the applicable parking fees (please pay by phone to SFS at x3120
   in order to expedite the process)

If ticketed while your tag is processing *and* providing you are legally
parked when ticketed, please email the ticket number to
parking at plattsburgh.edu for expunging.
