[Important Information for Employees] Zoom Issues for some employees

Good morning,

We are experiencing an issue with the user sycning and license provising
system with Zoom. Unfortunately this has affected the ability for a small
number of users to be able to login to Zoom. The error looks like this:

Our IT team's are working with Zoom to identify root cause and resolution.
In the meantime if you get this error when attempting to login to Zoom,
please enter a ticket into our ITS portal (its.plattsburgh.edu) or email
the helpdesk at helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu.

As a temporary workaround, we have had some success manually "reactivating"
accounts which is a process that can be completed once a ticket is entered.

We will followup when the issue is fully resolved.
