[Important Information for Employees] Flags at Half-Staff Today in Honor of Corey Comperatore

Dear Cardinal Community,

Today, as proclaimed by Governor Kathy Hochul, flags on all state
buildings, including our campus, will be flown at half-staff to honor Corey
Comperatore.

Corey Comperatore was a dedicated public servant, a father, and a proud
American. His life was tragically taken on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania

As we collectively lower our flags across New York State today, we remember
Mr. Comperatore's commitment to our nation and the values we hold dear.

Please join me in honoring Corey Comperatore’s memory and keeping his
family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
