Data Matters: Monthly Updates from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Welcome to the second edition of Data Matters: Monthly Updates from the
Office of Institutional Effectiveness! This month, we’re diving deeper into
enrollment figures, student success metrics, and progress toward our
strategic plan.

Fall 2024 Census Data - Breakdown by Campus and Student Level

Breaking down our official student headcount for Fall 2024 of 4,541
students, the below visualizations illustrate how this figure is
distributed by campus and by student level, with 77% of students enrolled
at the Plattsburgh campus, 22% online, and the remainder at the Queensbury
campus. A majority of students on each campus are at the undergraduate
level, with Plattsburgh online approaching parity of graduate and
undergraduate students.

Got Data? Series

We have hosted three Got Data? events and are looking forward to our fourth
and final Fall 2024 talk in December from Levi Martinez, “Data
Doppelganger: Exploring the Potential of Synthetic Data". This event will
be held in the Alumni Conference Room of the Angell College Center at 1pm
on Thursday, December 12th. If you are interested in presenting at a future

Assessment of Plattsburgh Next

The Accountability Partners are happy to share an assessment of progress

the goals outlined in Plattsburgh Next during the prior academic year. Next
semester, Accountability Partners will begin the work of assessing
Plattsburgh Next as a whole (2022-2025).
