[Important Information for Employees] Kehoe Administration Building Update

Dear Cardinal Community,


The Kehoe Administration Building will remain closed Thursday, Sept. 21,
2023.


Our current efforts are focused on continued assessment and restoration.
Electrical and water systems are currently operational. However, the
elevator and fire alarm system are not yet fully functional. As soon as the
elevator and fire alarm are once again safe for occupancy, a date for
re-occupancy will be scheduled for floors 6 and above.


Thanks to the diligent and efficient efforts of our staff in Maintenance
and Operations and the Office of Information Technology Services, several
offices on floors 1-5 that were directly impacted by the flood have already
moved to temporary or longer term locations. Others will continue to move
in the days ahead. Location information for all offices will be shared once
transitions are finalized.
