A significant flooding incident occurred on the 5th floor of the Kehoe
building Monday night, impacting all the floors below it. As a result, the
Kehoe Administration building will be closed today, Tuesday, September 19th
until further notice. Building occupants are instructed to coordinate an
alternate work location with their supervisor. There are three options for
them at this time:

   -

Work from an alternative off-campus location, if possible. If Kehoe
building occupants need to access banner admin from home, they can connect
to Remote Lab <https://remotelab.plattsburgh.edu/> which will provide
access to a fully functional on-campus lab machine.
   -

If Kehoe building occupants need to report to campus and need a
workspace and computer (with no phone), they can work from the computer lab
on the 1st floor of the Feinberg Library (Room Number 104)
   -

If Kehoe building occupants need to report to campus and need a
workspace, computer, and phone, they can contact the ITS Help Desk
   <https://www.plattsburgh.edu/academics/resources/technology/helpdesk/index.html>
at helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu or 518-564-4433. The help desk will
identify a location for them. If they need a work phone number transferred
to this workspace, they can inform ITS of this request.

encourage you to email them:

have them, but no later than close of business on September 19, 2023.

Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
